Clean Air Hospital Framework Global Action Plan and Great Ormond Street Hospital are working together to create a Clean Air Hospital Framework: a mechanism to support hospitals to improve air quality, and reduce pollution impacts on patients, staff and the local community. Sign up here Support available Global Action Plan are offering support to help Hospitals work through the Clean Air Hospital Framework, Option A - Strategy Masterclass For £1,000 Global Action Plan will run a strategy masterclass with key stakeholders and department heads. The session will help the hospital to identify how you are currently scoring on the framework then establish barriers that are preventing, and actions that will support, the hospital in becoming a Clean Air Hospital. Following the session, Global Action Plan will write up the action plan with suggested timelines and responsibilities for the agreed steps. Option B - Framework coaching For £5,000 you will get the strategy masterclass as above, and additional support over the course of 6 months to help you to implement the action plan. You will also be provided with templates to help you communicate clean air messages with your staff and patients. As part of the coaching you will be linked with peers from Great Ormond Street Hospital to help you tackle barriers. After 12 months, a further action planning session will help you to identify your next steps.
