Let’s tackle air pollution together

Air pollution is real and it’s affecting millions of people’s health.

But unlike other public health issues, most people don’t know what it is or what to do about it.

We want that to change. We want people to understand the risks of air pollution and what they can do to reduce it.

And most importantly, we want people to know how to protect themselves and their loved ones.

Will you help us spread the word?

Whether you’re a Twitter addict or a fanatical instagrammer, please tell everyone about National Clean Air Day using the hashtag #NationalCleanAirDay and let’s get millions of people talking about it.

We’ve set up an National Clean Air Day event on Facebook to promote the day too. So invite your friends and family, and ask your workmates to join in. Hey, tell your Gran about it – the more the merrier.

And don’t forget to tell us what you’re planning to do on June 15. How are you going to reduce your exposure to air pollution? What steps are you taking to limit how much pollution you create?

Grab your free National Clean Air Day social media toolkit, containing everything you need to inspire your networks to take action on air pollution.

Let’s make this Thunderclap LOUD!

Join the NCAD Thunderclap so we can share all your tweets and Facebook posts at the same time on June 15.

If we all get hop onto social media before then we should be able to get National Clean Air Day trending and reach even more people.

Everyone can get involved – ask your company, council, charity, group or club to join. There’s more information about how they can take part here.
